 Changes and Cancellations 

SpeedLink's Change and Cancellation Policy

  • Final job cost will be based on the actual mileage undertaken.  For UK Next Day or European  Road services - ALL consignments will be weighed and measured.  The price charged may be different from the initial quotation given at the time of booking.  Any adjustments will be automatic.
  • Changes for same day express shipments are permitted at anytime, subject to any additional mileage undertaken to complete the Shipment.  This can include additional distance charges, fuel surcharge, tolls, wait/loading time, etc, etc.
  • Shipper agrees that cancellations made after SpeedLink has dispatched a vehicle are subject to a minimum charge of £40.00 for UK / European Same Day Express.  Cancellations on or after collection will incur the full charge quoted at the time of booking.
