Will my emails look AI-generated?+
No — if you set up your playbook well. Replyloop personalizes per lead instead of mail-merging a template, uses the hard rules you set (no emojis, no clichés, ask length), and can learn from few-shot examples of emails you've liked. You can preview any draft before enrolling leads.
What happens when someone replies 'remove me'?+
The reply-classifier labels it as an unsubscribe within about a minute. The lead is added to your suppression list, the sequence stops immediately, and the lead's status flips to UNSUBSCRIBED. No further messages — ever.
Does it detect out-of-office replies?+
Yes. OOO replies pause the lead's sequence until the parsed return date (or seven days as a fallback), then resume where they left off.
What if someone refers me to another person?+
Replyloop extracts the new contact and queues a Referral card for your review. You approve, we add the new person to the right lead list — no awkward 'please forward this' loop.
Can I review every reply before it's sent?+
Yes. Human-in-the-loop is on by default: AI drafts land in the inbox as draft replies, you approve or edit. Flip auto-send on per playbook when you trust it.
Which AI model do you use?+
You choose. OpenRouter by default (so you can switch models with one env variable), with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini as drop-in alternatives.
How do you handle my data?+
OAuth refresh tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. We never log sensitive values. Postgres is the only datastore; nothing is sent anywhere except the AI provider you configured. In single-user mode your data is yours alone — there's no team or admin to share it with.
Why isn't there pricing?+
Replyloop is currently a private build — one operator at a time. The billing engine will arrive if and when we open it up.
