Terms

Replyloop is in a private, invite-only build. By using it you agree to the following.

Use responsibly

You are responsible for the content of every email dispatched through your connected mailboxes. Don't send what you wouldn't send manually. Honor every unsubscribe immediately — Replyloop automates this, but it is your legal obligation.

Compliance

You are responsible for complying with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and any other regulations that apply to your sends and your recipients.

Service availability

This is a private build. No uptime guarantee. Features may change without notice. Phase-by-phase scope is tracked in docs/phases.md.

Changes

If terms change meaningfully, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
